Dyno Runs

This is just a quick description of my dyno runs today (5-14-03).
This page will be edited with more specific and thorough information when I have time.
Please excuse any inaccuracies for the time being.

All runs were at 11psi on 91 Octane fuel.


Above graph shows 3 different ways whp is typically measured on a dyno to compare against what type you may have of your own.
DJ is short for Dyno Jet and is one of the most common dynos. The SuperFlow Dyno can give Dyno Jet numbers
( I think it has to do with how it is actually measured ) to help compare against other Dyno Jet tests.

This was my 2nd and best dyno run. All 4 base line runs were very close to being the exact same.

This was my 6th and final run. I unhooked my flanged MagnaFlow 3" muffler and was hoping to get a little closer to 200whp.
To my amazement it actually made LESS hp AND tq! I overlayed it on the 2nd run to make it easy to see the difference.
Sorry I couldn't figure out how to change the colors between run 2 and run 6. I'll work on it when I edit this page.
